What About Printed Marketing?

For several reasons we've chosen not to engage in printed marketing (i.e. mailers, magazines and physical coupons):

#1 - Keeping costs low for local businesses & removing long-term commitments from the equation

Print is associated with high overhead costs and companies who engage in it often pass these costs to the customer. Because printed media requires pre-planning, print scheduling and manual editing most printed marketing companies lock customers into long-term agreements.

By focusing on digital marketing we keep costs low and pass these savings on to our customers. Giving you the freedom to use and pay for our services whenever it makes sense for your business is a luxury we are happy to offer.

#2 - Difficult to measure results

Without a reliable way to track the impact of printed marketing how can anyone know if it's working? Sure you can require coupons be presented at purchase, collect and tally them up and/or ask every customer to tell you what brought them in but that's more work for you and your customer.

We're much more interested in taking things off of your plate so that you can focus on giving each customer a great experience. Let technology do the work for everyone and seamlessly track results automatically and in real-time. It's a win-win all around.

#3 - We're not a fan of sending (or receiving) unsolicited junk mail

Most printed media companies send their materials to households in a targeted area but do these households even want the material? Is anyone interested? Will they even take the time to read it before promptly dumping it into their trash can with all the other junk mail they received that day?

We're more interested in getting your business in front of local shoppers who are actually interested in seeing your deal! How do we know they are interested? They've already told us by downloading our free local deal app! Why would they do that? Only one reason: they are interested in local deals!!!
